1. The service

CV Aligner, provided by Curiosbot Digital S.L., helps you compare your CV with a Job Description and suggests evidence-based improvements. You remain responsible for the accuracy of every CV you send to employers. Review all suggested changes before using them.

2. No guarantees

Alignment scores are estimates designed to help compare CV content with a Job Description. They do not represent or guarantee the scoring used by an employer or Applicant Tracking System. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular outcome.

3. Truthfulness

The service is designed not to fabricate experience. You agree not to use it to misrepresent your qualifications, and to confirm experience only when it is true.

4. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, scraping, or attempts to attack the service or its AI models.

5. Plans, credits and payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Monthly subscription credits are allocated when a period's payment succeeds and do not roll over.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are kept when you change or cancel a subscription.
• Subscription credits are used before purchased credits. Credits are only deducted after a successful optimization; failed generations caused by system or provider errors are not charged.
• Plan changes follow the proration shown at checkout or in the billing portal. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases; by starting an optimization you request immediate performance, and credits already used cannot be refunded.
• Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU consumer law.

8. Law

Spanish law applies. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their place of residence.
